NATO ships in Lisbon

The port of Lisbon has been very active with visiting foreign naval ships, including several NATO ships in port from 3rd April and scheduled to leave on Tuesday morning, 7th of April.

Yesterday I had a photographic look at the three ships berthed at Rocha do Conde de Óbidos, the very elegant Italian Frigate ALISEO, the Canadian Frigate FREDERICTON and the German auxiliary ship SPESSART...

Força Naval da NATO no Tejo

A esquadra da NATO SNMG-2 (Standing NATO Maritime Group 2) entrou em Lisboa a 26 de Maio de 2009 para uma visita de rotina que se prolonga até ao próximo dia 31 de Maio. É composta pelas seguintes unidades: USS LABOON, ITS DURAND DE LA PENNE, HMS CORNWALL, HS KOUNTOURIOTIS e TCG GÖKSU, respectivamente das marinhas dos Estados Unidos, Itália, Reino Unido, Grécia e Turquia.
