ÁLA the oldest tug in Lisbon





A former steam tug built in 1922 as Companhia Nacional de Navegação DOURO PRIMEIRO in Hamburg and converted in 1971 as the motor tug ÁLA for Navegação Fluvial e Costeira (Júlio da Cruz), she was the largest surviver of Julio da Cruz fleet when this operator closed doors and was sold to Lutamar a tug company based in Setúbal but also operating in Lisbon.
