The new Fred Olsen Cruise Line flagship BALMORAL leaving Lisbon on 19 June 2008 on her maiden call after purchase by Fred Olsen.
Fred Olsen has a long time association to the port of Lisbon. Their cargo ships used to call ages ago, and the first cruise ship call was done by the then new BLACK PRINCE on 18 October 1971, when she started 14-day regular winter cruises to Lisbon and the Atlantic Isles based in Rotterdam.
