The handsome cruise ship FUNCHAL returned to cruise service this morning 3 April 2009 following a very extensive refit to make the ship comply to SOLAS 2010 rules.
The FUNCHAL looks very elegant freshly painted and showing several changes to her classic profile, the more visible being the removal of her original cargo booms at the bow and the fitting of two new cranes.
The FUNCHAL sailed today for Tangiers and will be cruising from Lisbon to the Canary Islands, North Africa and the Mediterranean until May when she moves north to operate in North Europe.

ReplyDeleteO velho Funchal perdeu os frades à proa, cada vez está menos "sixties".
