Recent cruise ships Papenburg-built in official shipyard photographs: from top to bottom: AIDAMAR, AIDASOL, CELEBRITY REFLECTION and DISNEY FANTASY. 

The family owned Meyer shipyard is one of the most famous builders of passenger cruise ships today.

AIDAmar in Lisbon

AIDAmar, Aida Cruises newest ship made her inaugural call in Lisbon on 29 and 30 September 2012.

AIDAmar berthed at Alcântara and sailed for the Mediterranean. She will be based in Palma de Mallorca and in the Red Sea.

AIDAmar was delivered in May by the Meyer Werft. ith this new ship the fleet of AIDA Cruises now operates 9 modern ships fully dedicated to the German cruise market.
