The Danish Ro-Pax ferry BERGENSFJORD photographed in the port of Bergen on 24 September 2008.Operated by Fjordline of Norway and owned by a DFDS Group company, the BERGENSFJORD looks very smart in her present livery.
Built by Fosen in 1993 as BERGEN (1993-2000), renamed DUCHESS OF SCANDINAVIA when bought by DFDS (2000-2003) and later ATLANTIC TRAVELLER (2003-2005). In 2005 she got her present name.
A name once used by a beautiful Norwegian America Line passenger ship, the BERGENSFJORD of 1956.
