The motor liner SATURNIA (1927-1966)

A very beautiful illustration of the famous Italian motor passenger liner SATURNIA built in 1925-1927 for the Cosulich Line.
Transferred in 1932 to the Italia Line, she was a very successful passenger ship and sailed until 1965 when she was replaced by the RAFFAELLO and scrapped the following year. The second image shows the VULCANIA photographed in Lisbon in the fifties in Itala Line colours.
