HMRY BRITANNIA in Lisbon

The Royal Yacht BRITANNIA visited Lisbon at least three times, the first in the 1950s and the final one in 1991.
These photographs show the famous BRITANNIA berthed at the Rocha Passenger Ship terminal, Lisbon, on 13 June 1991 and were taken from the decks of the cruise ship VASCO DA GAMA ex-INFANTE DOM HENRIQUE, on the arrival following her final cruise from Lisbon.
The BRITANNIA was constructed in the Clydebank yards of Messrs John Brown, the same builders of the famous first three Cunard QUEENS and countless other ships and served as Royal Yacht between 1954 and 1997. She was preserved and serves now as a museum ship in Leith, Scotland, since October 1998.

Caro LMC
Este belo iate real, visitou a Madeira.
Sabe datas?
Se conseguisse uma imagem deste navio no Funchal, era óptimo.
Recordo, salvo erro, que na última viagem à Madeira esteve atracado no Cais Norte.
Boa semana
