PACIFIC DREAM outbound from Lisbon

Cruise ship PACIFIC DREAM outbound from Lisbon on 9 July 2010, leaving on the second of the present series of summer cruises from Lisbon - a series of 7-day trips repeating the same itinerary Lisbon, Gibraltar, Malaga, Morocco and Lanzarote until September.

An old friend this ship I was able to photograph first in New York in 1997.

OPERAÇÕES 2010 DA PULL MANTUR EM LISBOA

A Pullmantur vai continuar a operar a partir de Lisboa em 2010, com os paquetes EMPRESS a PACIFIC DREAM a fazerem 23 de 7 dias- entre Abril e Novembro. Os navios SOVEREIGN e ZENITH vão também efectuar 5 escalas em Lisboa.
Em 2010 a Pullmantur não vai efectuar as escalas regulares no Funchal que tiveram grande importância a nível local para esbater a sazonalidade de escalas no período de Verão optando por Málaga onde embarcam os passageiros espanhóis . O itinerário inclui Gibraltar, Casablanca, Agadir e Lanzarote.

PACIFIC DREAM in the Caribbean

Having terminated her final cruise from Lisbon on 20 September 2009, Pullmantur's PACIFIC DREAM sailed for the Caribbean to start a new series of 7-day cruises out of Santo Domingo on 3 October. There will be two different alternative itineraries.

O navio de cruzeiros PACIFIC DREAM terminou a época de cruzeiros baseados em Lisboa no passado dia 20 de Setembro, largando na mesma data em viagem posicional transatlântica para Santo Domingo, porto da República Dominicana a partir do qual passa a fazer cruzeiros de 7 dias pelas Caraíbas com largadas aos Sábados, programa a iniciar a 3 de Outubro de 2009.

PACIFIC DREAM off Lisbon Pilots

Every Sunday morning, the PACIFIC DREAM arrives off Lisbon Pilots Station at Algés, to embark the local pilot at the end of another regular 7-day cruise from Lisbon to Gibraltar, Casablanca, Agadir, Lanzarote and Funchal.
This last Sunday, 19 July the Pilot boarded the PACIFIC at about 6h36 AM as registered in the photographs. On such early arrivals sometimes it is very difficult to photograph the ships, but nobody cares for the needs of shipspotters...
