Small can be beautiful most of the times as stated in this photograph taken in the river Tagus on 3 November 2008: the Portuguese Navy fisheries protection vessel NRP HIDRA in front of the Discoveries Monument, in the North bank of the river at Belém.
The monument is a stone caravel with Prince Henry at the bow. The Prince is the sponsor of the Portuguese Navy and Prince Henry's motto "Talent de Bien Faire" was adopted by our proud Navy...
