Pullmantur, the Spanish affiliate of the Royal Caribbean Group has sold their cruise ships BLEU DE FRANCE and OCEAN DREAM to undisclosed buyers. Delivery dates were not yet announced.
Meanwhile fleet mate ATLANTIC STAR is still laid up in Marseilles, her sale still being negotiated with South Korean interests.
On the other way, the Pullmantur fleet will get the MAJESTY OF THE SEAS from Royal Caribbean next year.
OCEAN DREAM was the former TROPICALE of Carnival Cruise Lines while BLEU DE FRANCE (aka BLOODY FRANCE by her crew members) was once the most luxurious cruise ship in the world as the EUROPA of 1981, as seen in the photograph showing the former Hapag-Lloyd flagship in Lisbon.

E qual o navio que irá para a Croisiéres de France?
Não sei, mas ouvi falar na possível transferência do HORIZON / PACIFIC DREAM. Com tempo logo se verá. Mais interesse tenho em saber quem comprou o antigo EUROPA. Não me admiro nada que tenha sido a SAGA, que já namorou este paquete por diversas vezes e seria um sucessor digno do SAGA ROSE.
Seria sem dúvida um bom sucessor.Navio de linhas ainda clássicas e com os interiores que maravilham qualquer um.
Ao que parece também há um interessado no EX-Skywonder quem sabe não vêm ai mais surpresas e mais movimentações de navios.SOLAS 2010 está a porta e promete aquecer o mercado de Inverno.
O Bleu de France na Saga... seria uma boa aquisição, se for a Saga era excelente se mantivessem o casco preto, ficaria bem no navio sobretudo com a chaminé amarela, todavia há que baixar a linha do casco, está muito alta, mancha a estética!
Agora que a Pullmantur está para receber o Majesty of the Seas, é bem provável que também vá receber da Royal Caribbean o Monarch of the Seas? ficaria assim com a classe de navios que revolucionou os cruzeiros nas Caraíbas no final da década de 80 e inícios de 90.

O que mais me intriga é o destino do Ocean Dream, que não tnha nada a ver com a historia do Bleu de France. Parece que a Royal Caribbean está mesmo quredo se livrar de tonelagem mais antiga.
Não vi esta noticia em outro lugar que não aqui, ela é mesmo confirmada?
