Segundo se refere no verso da fotografia esta escala inseriu-se numa viagem iniciada em Lisboa a 5 de Setembro que visitou Angola, Cabo Verde, Madeira e Porto Santo, com regresso ao Tejo a 21 de Dezembro de 1966.
