Sailing upriver close to the ADONIA in the early morning of 27 July 2014, the INDEPENDENCE OF THE SEAS is the largest passenger ships calling in Lisbon on a regular basis: on the first photograph the ship is getting close to the the Pilot station off Algés; the second photo shows the ship gaining speed already with the pilot onboard, and on the final three the INDEPENDENCE is turning in the river Tagus to go alongside the Alcântara cruise terminal.
