KUNGSHOLM of 1966 revisited

The passenger ship OCEANIC II, ex-MONA LISA, ex- VICTORIA, ex-SEA PRINCESS ex-KUNGSHOLM of 1966 has just visited Lisbon between 13 and 19 September 2007 on her first SCOLAR SHIP voyage with students. The ship is scheduled to return to Lisbon next year in April and September.

Although the refit made in Bremen in 1979 when she was purchased by P&O did in fact spoil the KUNGSHOLM original handsome look, she is still a very interesting example of fine passenger ship architecture of the 1960, as can be stated on the photos published in our sister blog LISBON CRUISE SHIPS and taken in Lisbon on 2007-09-19.
